1.Mô tả công việc

• Recommend, implement procedures to ensure manufactured parts are of acceptable quality and food safety and produced in accordance with specifications

• Recommend inspection and sampling techniques, quality control and food safety plans or processes, control procedures to ensure products meet with specification

• Conduct research on product defects and recommend modifications to products or quality and food safety standards, where such appear to be warranted

• Supervise inspections and testing procedures for incoming raw materials, in process manufacture and finished goods or parts

• Visit suppliers and customers premises when necessary to confer on specific quality and food safety problems

• Review customer complaints to determine quality control improvements

• Prepare error, spoilage and salvage reports

• Prepare reports summarizing quality and food safety problem and actions taken

• To recommend equipment for calibration, service or repair whenever suspected deviation occur

• To ensure the implementations of control system such as ISO, Food Safety FSSC 22000, etc are carried out

• Follow up on updating, recording & reporting of rejecting, repairing, reworking materials, semi-products, finished products

• Review reports from QCs in order to ensure these reports are always in conformity

• Review non-conformities found from QC reports or other checking operations and follow up as well as update NCR or SCAR/SPAR(if any)

• To carry out any other instructions as directed by the QA Manager

2.Yêu cầu

Education  Qualifications

Certificate/Degree/Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in QA functions
• Knowledge in Quality Assurance functions
• Have ISO knowledge,and producing cap (metal cap ,plastic cap) will be advantage
• Experience in performing Internal audit
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office package such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Working in Vsip II, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong province is a must and you should have your own transportation.
