MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

– Supervise all activities of the Human Resources department in the company and its branches.

– Advise and propose to the Board of Directors issues in the field of human resources.

– Develop policies, regulations and manage HR-related activities: Timekeeping, salary calculation, leave, handling insurance issues, bonuses, annual leave, recruitment, personnel decisions,…

– Ensure Access/Right to Inspection during buyer’s Audits.

– Reviewing, developing and implementing HR strategies, internal policies, HR manuals, to be in line with the Company’s strategies and values.

– Monitor compliance with internal policies and Vietnamese labor laws.

– Assist in resolving employment-related issues.

– Responsible for reporting directly to the CEO.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

–         University graduated, 4 – 5 years experience or more in the field of HR management in garment factories.    

 –        Good knowledge of Labor Law, Insurance, Salary.

–         Proficient in using Microsoft Office operating system and HR management software.

–         Fluent English communication.

–         Understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures.

–         Good management skills, having skills in data orientation, analysis and reporting.

–         Good at soft skills and honest

–         Ability to make decisions and solve problems.

–         Able to work in groups and work independently.
